I don't think its that unfair. You pick, if you get either one right you win. You only lose if your 0 for two. If he doesn't tactically pick, and picks one team the same as you you still lose if your 0 for 2, and he gets one right. If he had just posted your picks you might pick the opposite of him to ensure a victory, at least his tactical picking can't ensure him a victory.

I would assume we let the moderator handle it..........I think the PM of picks would work and the odds should be in your favor. You can always request an asterisk next to his name if it doesn't. Happy New Year....................
