OT Yes, real estate inventories are up but believe it or not they are still below historic averages over many years. During our run up (2002-2006) we had about half our normal number of listings so that made the market much tougher for buyers. Commercial here is booming. In the end it comes down to net migration into the state. We are still growing with net demand continuing to increase. Boeing, Microsoft and others booming. Exports have really picked up through the Port of Seattle and Port of Tacoma. But If we get a bad recession it will slow us down. regards
