Ben Franklin got shocked before Maxwell's equation were developed to. In fact, most of the famous laws of electricity (Ohm's law, Ampere's Law, etc) were all written before Maxwell developed the governing laws of electromagnetism. In fact, when I analysis circuits, I use those older laws, not Maxwell's equations. But I certainly don't make the foolish claim that those equations are outside of electromagnetism, or that they are somehow independent of Maxwell's equations. They are in fact all derived from Maxwell's equations under suitable restrictions. Just like all the Thermodynamic equations of simple heat conduction are derived from the Laws of Thermodynamics with various simplifications (like work terms set to zero for example).

Anyway, I've had it with you. I'll remind you of your stupidity when I feel like it, but it is clear you are freaking stupid.
