I think the author could have explained it better but the earth cannot lose heat due to convection or conduction, the greenhouse does. The greenhouse is DESIGNED not to lose heat due to convection or conduction either. Do you think the owner wants to pay to heat the outdoors in winter? This whole discussion is about the fact that the junkscience idiot didn't distinguish between how something is heated vs. how one might choose to cool it. The whole point of a greenhouse is to warm it, not cool it. What is the source of warming?
