Didn't C downgrade MS, GS and the others last week from Buy to Hold AFTER the horse left the barn? It seems the others are now "getting even" with "well, they COULD do this" type articles.

what's truly phenomenal is that the folks who pocketed the really big bucks - the homeowners - are being portrayed as the victims.

banks will do just fine in the end, because we still need banking services.
