Would they go after the death penalty under the circumstance of confession? Absolutely. Confession has nothing to do with the circumstances of the crime. If this is not aggravated first degree murder I don't know what is. Multiple murders, probably planned in advance, and the murder of two children. In a year the boyfriend will be living couple miles down the road from me. I'll wave as I ride my motorcycle past the prison, out into the wheat fields of the Palouse.
