Helengrad robs producers of far far more per capita than Mugabe can achieve. Probably even more on a percentage basis. NZ's politicians not collect and spend well over half of the money spent in NZ and much more than that if things like water, electricity, government-enforced monopolies [medical guild], Air New Zealand and other businesses are included and the thousands of little nips and bites that are taken at every turn by the marauding rapacious state.

Just in income tax they take 39c in the dollar, then 12.5% sales tax puts it over half. Then there are petrol duties all sorts of other hidden taxes, local authority "rates" and this that and the other.

It must be something like 80c in the dollar for swarms of people.
