As KyrosL pointed out there are cheaper venues for buying Pandas in the US. I used to pay between 1 to 2% max over spot for Pandas going back to the 80s. For the rarer Pandas better to check Ebay for US pricing. A 1 once 1982 will more likely fetch between $2k to $2.3K. If it has been graded a little higher.
