I have bought from Tulving many times, though not recently. Their prices at the web site are reliable. I have been very satisfied with them. There are no hidden charges, but you must buy in quantity. You order and confirm by email within hours.

As you say, they have a business where they buy back coins at a slight discount to spot, so maybe that's the reason for their good prices. Note they don't specify the year for the Panda.

In the US many people don't keep their gold coins for ever. When gold goes up, some want to sell. You can do it on Ebay a coin at a time and get more. At Tulving they buy back in bulk, pay a bit less than spot, and are very convenient.
