I should have said most new neighborhoods and it is a problem in most of the country, neighborhood associations will not allow visible solar panels. You can install them on the back of the house, but you won't get full capacity that way.

Yes it is raining. They are hoping to get more then 2 1/2 inch's by Monday night. If they don't this will be the dryest year on record.
