Not enough to cause global warming, that was the point in the article that started this. Actually, that is precisely what all the science says it does. But see how difficult it was to get you to the point of even understanding what the process was correctly. I have no intention of now trying to persuade you that all the complex science which gives this answer is correct. We are talking about 2-4W/m2 as causing this. It is very small compared to the total input and output radiation. That is how significant "balance" is , and the result of shifting the balance a little higher by doubling CO2 is what this story is all about. Best of luck in trying to understand it.
