Good point Search. The key vote was the first vote - not the watered down bill vote which came after the first bill was defeated by Republicans and one Democrat.

The bill that was approved with overwhelming democrat support is the one that you refer to, which is the one that provides for "big oil" tax breaks, as you like to write.

You were incorrect in calling it a republican bill, it was supported by both parties. That is the fact. You were wrong and the facts have now proven that.
