The democrats overwhelmingly supported the bill. We have the vote, we know the facts and it was simply your incorrect perception that had you posting that it was a republican bill. It would not have passed if the democrats did not overwhelmingly support it. As we know, only 8 voted against it. This was a very strong majority supporting it.
