That's exactly what I am saying: Importing new and better ideology and better philosophical foundations is what I call "new blood".

If left in the hands of the Anglo man, he will fail to profit from what the others can offer.

Take NZ, a country dominated by the Anglo ideology and philosophical foundations, it ended up with Helengrad as a system.

Look to Germany, Japan, Russia... Those countries will not do well because of homogeneity.
