Maybe this is localized to Florida... maybe not.

Although not hearing the same things here, I don't think what you're hearing is localized. At the same time, I think FLA has gone through a lot the past few years and suffered more than it has in its recent past. There is nothing like a natural catastrophe to make you realize how puny you are and heighten feelings of vulnerability.

The Pelosi / Reid recession may be a thing we have to worry about for several years. Every increase in the minimum wage in history has caused a recession. There is no rational reason to believe that this time would be different. Since they did it in three stages it is the gift that will keep on hurting.
