i think a lot of us have reduced our investment in qcom. mine is still significant but no where near what it was a few years ago.. i have been selling off as other stocks demonstrate better opportunities.

Thanks. Will read. It was received. Oral argument is schedled for Wed., Jan. 16th, less than three weeks away. We should have opinion issued before July.

Quanta Systems vs LG Electronics will determine the patent exhaustion allegations of Nokia, or at least shed light. It is very important to the model.
