Through the first 10 months, it was the hottest year recorded on land and the third hottest when ocean temperatures are included. The funny thing is almost every day since June its been cooler than normal here. Nothing major......1-5º cooler....but enough so that people are noticing it. And so far this winter, its snowed 4 times....more than the rest of the winters since I've been here which, of course, is not that long. This is obviously small stuff compared to the records noted in the article.
