The court rulings AND the arbitration hearings are both important but cover different issues. As I see it, the arbitration is confined essentially to the issue of whether Nokia unilaterally extended its license without paying the royalties previously agreed on. The court suits still outstanding deal with both patent infringement and unfair business practice issues. And the EC hearing also deals with alleged unfair business practices.
