Clintons' experience on fighting terror is not debatable since they do not have any. Bill Clinton provided Osama the opportunity to plan ever since the since the failed 1993 WTC parking lot attack. And Bush provided Osama the opportunity to strike. One was not aggressive enough and the other was not vigilant enough. So when both Bill Clinton and George Bush talk about their efforts on fighting global terror, I wonder what they are talking about. ========================== blog.washingtonpost.com
