TJ, it's up to India how they stop invading Tibetans, and how the USA stops invading Mexicans.

It's not for Mexico's or Tibet's or China's bosses to shoot people in the back who try to escape. It's up to the place where they are going.

There is no need for war between the countries. Stopping unarmed or lightly armed Mexicans or Tibetans isn't very difficult for India and the USA.

The USA could stop it by the declaration of invaders as being fair game, open season, body parts salable to the highest bidder. As I mentioned, the NRA could rally a quorum of "well regulated militia, keeping and bearing arms" who could deal with the problem easily.

India could do the same.

It amazes me that you can draw such absurd conclusions from what I've written. <yet you are advocating that tibetans be allowed to enter india at will, thus in fact advocating for war >

PS: Basketball hoop is installed, works well, and the summery day was wonderful. No Tibetan, Chinese, Mexican or other invaders evident. In fact, very few people at all were evident as they have all decamped Auckland for beach and other vacation spots. School holidays are on. The streets are almost deserted. It's great.
