TJ, I note that your idea of debate and discussion is to totally ignore what people actually write and make up your own story.

I notice that for all their blather, the wimpy China bosses have not attacked Taiwan. Paper tigers.

Recommendation = cut blather, buy CDMA 450MHz, license OFDM, ditch TD-SCDMA.
