"Dinosaurs like Bob and Nadine will just have to die off."

Oh Chris - you give so much hope for the ability of the nation to ever reach a meaningful discussion of issues. You sir are far more part of the problem and any hope of solution!

So - try to keep facts and numbers in your posts and minimize the mindless emotion! You never did tell me what diploma mill you went to.

Engineer? - I doubt it.

Chris, what I find amusing is that most people in this country are still debating whether or not solar is even a reasonable technology....sort of in the same category as space exploration.

The reality is that the industry is growing so fast that supply constraints are the issue. Module makers in Europe and China are scrambling to secure TEN YEAR contracts for wafers because demand for modules is so high.

Chinese wafer production will more than double next year from existing capacity and new capacity will also be built. Fortunately (I think?), China isn't bothered with unions, emminent domain, or environmental issues. They can scrape off the top of a hill and build enourmous manufacturing facilities...start to finish...in something like 7-8 months...lol!!!
