I'm afraid that fellow stepped over the line. Deadly force isn't justified unless you are in fear for your life or that of another. Too bad, but that's the way it is.

Horn should have called 9-11, reported the burglary and gotten off the phone. I think he was foolish to go outside, but can easily see that once he was out there and they were coming his way that he was threatened by them. Those were two big, nasty looking dudes.
