Somebody is always plotting. It's what the spivs, bludgers, kleptocrats, megalomaniancs and those with excess chimpanzee DNA do. They have to organize conspiracies to deprive others of their property and to dominate and repress them.

They are lowly parasites on We the Productive. In that case, [which I haven't studied] it seems that the productive were plotting to stop the parasites.
