Anti-Military Lawyer Damages Marine's Car on Eve of Deployment

Seems to me they could make a federal case out of it in some way. The vandalism was motivated to harass a federal employee doing his job (Marine).

Maybe they can use a terrorism angle (e.g. Patriot Act).

It is a stretch, but who cares. He would have to pay a fortune in legal fees (or represent himself which is a good way to get convicted).

I see these liberals and anti war types doing damage and trespassing all the time. I just can't get my mind around the idea that they somehow feel justified in doing this.
