I looked at the deflationists' list to figure out which of their wrong predictions to file this one under. It appears like this is a good fit : "I predict falling prices on other goods and services" LOL

I see money trees of green, inflation is up too They say they are doing this, to help me and U I see too much credit, the middle class gets hurt But the politicians make sure, their friends keep their shirt The ads of the candidates, so pretty on TV They are in the voters faces, that’s all that we see I see them shakin' hands, saying "How do U do?" They're really saying, "Watch me screw U" I hear babies krying', I watch their debt grow They'll be in worse shape than I'll ever know And I think to myself, what a wonderful world
