I've just been informed ATCO engaged Squar Milner on October 10, 2007 as its new independent registered public accounting

I just sent a letter to Mr. Stephen Milner outlining some of Milner's fiduciary responsibilities to the shareholders and potential exposure for failing to do so.

If I were a stockholder of ATCO, I would think about filing suit against the Board of Directors. If Squar Milner fails to issue anything less than a qualified opinion, I'd think about including them in the suit. If ATCO fails to post reserves for their tax liabilities associated with company stock options and Squar fails to issue an adverse opinion, again, I would include them in suit.
