RE: Companhia Paranaense de Energia (ELP) - The company announced today that they closed their deal to acquire Dominó Holdings, the consortium that controls 37.9% of Paraná state water utility Sanepar. bnamericas.com Copel's (ELP) shareholding interest in Dominó Holdings S.A., moves up from 15% to 45%. This water utility seems like a good complement to their other utility businesses (electric, internet and cable services). EKS
