Brumar89,

I've had FUR on my retirement account watch list for a while. Anytime a company resumes regular dividends I see it as a positive. Giving out what they need to as a special dividend in Dec., as they have the past two years, seems like a good idea. Make sure you can cover the regular dividend first.

After four years of solid accumulation the fall off seems way overdone unless there is something I am missing. I'll be watching until I accumulate a little more cash in the IRA.

If you see anything please share it here.

Picked up 3000 FUR for a trade today @ $5.28. On margin, so I don't plan to hold too long. Looks like they are running out of sellers here. Guess I'll see if it pays to have a day off work.
