PENN. Yes, the sales are disconcerting. I upped my position on Friday though. I am naively assuming the execs are not selling on inside information that the deal won't close on time and/or at the stated price. It seems to me we're still early in the deal, and that there's time for financing to be arranged, regulatory approvals to be secured, etc. That is, nobody selling now really has enough info. to know enough that the deal will be abrogated or modified. I'll bet this way. But not a lot.
