Injunction justified? Not overboard? Disappointed. Q may not have work around for one issued in 2005. Injunction should be voided on appeal. Q wanted to pay three times as much of ordinary rate to use them. Now, injunction for what reason? Court is biased to destroy industry. What should Q do? Any cards beside WCDMA patent which is not going to do anything unless given pass through right? Q will never give pass thru right to any body.
