Right, right. Thanks for the reminders. Dirty pool. But wouldn't there exist something contractual to defend against loss inside the deceptive collaboration by theft of Q's property, or to allow use of Broadcom's property pending the expected outcome of the collaboration? The most direct path to the "knowledge" would have been via a defection. In any event, heavy punishment for Qualcomm's illegal use of the patented property is what we've got. So far Dull's response is eerily benign compared to his previous statements.
