I just wonder if there is anything standing in the way of QCOM appealing for stay of injunction. Why Q is so quiet is deafening. Do they know what to do? Did not expect Injunction? Why are those two judges, Brewster and Selna, so extreme against QCOM? The ex DA Ms Lim put one of federal judge in jail. Does this have anything to do with hate of Q since she has a position in QCOM as a counselor?
