No, but there is alot more to things than just them callin gyou all up and telling you what the daily plan is. If they don;t tell you , then you complain.

This whole thing with BRCMa nd NOK is purely to get a reduced cost of the license. Not the end of the company, but a giant BS move to get them a lower rate.

Trouble is that when they go to LTE, it starts all over again. So what good is it if BRCM gets enjoined from selling WCDMA chips for 4 years? they miss all the customer development for WCDMA. And then they are late to the LTE party.

In the end, they will all settle. They have to.

BRCM set the bar, as MQ says. $6 for one patent. How can they expect that 5% is good enough to cover the 5000 patents they need?
