My step father, who is very infirm, fell in the bathroom while Mom was sleeping. Somehow he managed to call 911. Mom wakes up with men shining a big bright light through her bedroom window. It's a good thing she doesn't know how to use a gun.

Depends on how many burgleries have been committed in the area. If your neighborhood has been hit a few times, you might be on your guard.
