The DMR poll is fiction. It does not take into account all kinds of powerful forces. It is also contradicted by same day polls which show Hillary ahead. So average out the polls and you have a three-way tie, advantage Edwards (I think) because of the byzantine and archaic Iowa Caucus rules which give Edwards's small towns as much clout as the large towns and cities, and second choices major clout as well.

No one is denying Edwards rules small town Iowa and has the most loyal and experienced supporters. Those are very key factors no poll reflects. They could be worth 5-10%.

On the other hand, any of the three could finish in first place. No one knows at this point. We will just have to wait. Just don't expect an Obama 7% win. That is fiction. If he does win, it will only be by a hair. But I wouldn't put any money on it.
