Verizon is a special case because of their license agreement with BRCM. Judge will comment further on Verizon.

Q had no idea who the second carrier was who was supposed to have signed an agreement with BRCM and whether that agreement was only for the ITC infringement or included the Santa Ana infringement.

Qualcomm was going do everything it can as expeditiously as possible to seek a stay, appeal this judge's injunction et.

Qualcomm was also going to appeal the jury decision from May 2007 on the validity of those three patents and the infringement itself in the jury's original finding.
