Sorry Im not in the business have no idea where I would look for that. You could look in rancho santa fe. Saw a 4000 sf house go for around 2,000,000. It runs up to 500 sf to build in town there. Probably more then a few 6,000 to 8,000 sf houses around 3,000,000. If your looking for more of a tract house, la costa, carlsbad, encinitas, olivehein, Carmel Valley. Poway and Rancho bernardo are nice if your ok with hot. Id look north county coastal from around pacific beach up to but not including oceanside. Obviously it all depends on what your looking for, kids, retirement, job, single etc. If you want anything more specific just PM me. I would suggest you get an agent if your serious. Lots of gems/barrios in every town it seems. The only thing more plentiful in califonia then lawyers are real estate agents. If you need a name or two let me know.
