I don't consider W's "diction" to be a big issue in any case. I remember that many years Mario Cuomo, the then Gov of NY, was attacking Bush senior, saying that his sometimes muddled speech reflects muddled thinking. That was untrue, and Cuomo was simply engaging in a nasty partisan attack. History will not judge Dubuya based on his diction. Even if he had oratorial gifts of Demosthenes, the BDS sufferers would have no difficulties hating him... maybe even more.
