Feds actions are mostly meaningless in any environment. Their only effect is psychological by instilling false confidence in the Fed being able to "save" the market and economy. When that fact is realized, confidence in the Fed's credibility will equal that of confidence in Abby Jo.

I predict the market will triple today's losses by end of week.

Overall interest rates have been declining. 10 year treasury rate is under 4%. There are a few large banks with huge unrealized gains in international companies. I'm neutral on C with no position. C can sell assets. The real estate inventory should eventually be absorbed due to demographics.
