uh.... who was dumber? what kind of execution did they have once they lost their missles and jets war? once on the ground, miserable. logistics failure across the board, even with the farming out of a trillion to halliburton/quatar/uae/blackwater. absolute failure. if patton had that bunch backing him up, we'd still be fighting the second world war... european theatre. the only effiecient execution of this travesty was the movement of the people's money into other's people's pockets. US GRANT's little cheney would have been stunned at how much dough that admin left on the table.
