I'm always bearish, not that I always trade that way...but the whole concept of taking companies public is a fraud, if these companies are so "solid" with great growth potential then why go public? If capitol is needed to grow the company there is never any shortage of venture aka private equity. Bottom line is "most" companies that go public are the ones no one else will touch with a ten foot pole...except for j6p and the sell side banksters that is.
