I couldn't really determine in the header whether <$5 are allowed. Only noticed a reference to them in short-sale discussion.

What I'd like to do at my nearest opportunity is cover my [t]GOOG[/t] short and if sub-5 is allowed, put half the proceeds into [t]FMT[/t] long and half into [t]OVTI[/t] long. If sub-5 isn't allowed, put all the proceeds into OVTI long.
