Obama was not really known until about a year ago. He has been going up against the very powerful Clinton money and power machine; the media are filled with Clintons’ people from the 1990s. Emily’s List and other feminist organizations have been pouring funds into Hillary’s unlisted coffers while many African American leaders distanced themselves from Obama to throw their fortunes with the Clintons. Hillary has played Bill everywhere and some of their operatives have been spreading smears and dirt on Obama. But Obama continues to bring in new voters who have never donated to a campaign, young people, and just simple Americans who are tired of dynasties, the 1990s divisiveness, nepotism, and lobbyists money. It’s time to turn the page, Iowa. PLEASE do the right thing tonight. It's time to move beyond the Clinton years and support a new generation of leadership.
