Our winters have been pretty "normal". We get short bursts of snow storms and bursts of cold, but they typically don't last very long. I was out today quite a bit with just a light jacket on. There are still piles of plowed snow in the corners of the parking lots, but, for the most part, the streets are dry. This really is a very delightful place to live for at least 10 months a year. Those other two months, well, you just have to be ready for some snow, cold and ice. Fortunately, even that doesn't come and stay for the entire time. It's 46 degrees as I type.
