Someone has to eat them. If I could keep the darned aphids off of them I'd grow them. Ed Hume said there are some natural pesticides we can use to keep them free of bugs. Might look in to that next summer.

Try steaming cabbage a bit but still crispy inside, and serve it with Rice Vinegar ....Just like the PS, it is really good that way too!
