GULF PRODUCTION MONITOR: January 4, 2008

Independence Hub production was revised downward in yesterday's I2 cycle and has dropped another 26,000 Dth/d today to 892,0000 Dth/d. Total Gulf production has fallen more than 1 Bcf/d in the last three days to 11.74 Bcf/d today. There are big drops on many of the pipelines in the Louisiana, Texas and federal offshore areas. Sonat volumes have dropped 174,000 Dth/d in the last three days. NGPL in the Texas onshore is down 100,000 Dth/d over the same period. But many others also show significant declines.
