I see capital -desperate capital- late at the game trying to put to productive gain.

Capital is 20 years late to the game. It is trying to do today what it should have done in 1987. (I have my book to prove it. I was awake then, Mr. TJ.)

In 1997 capital was doing the right thing but in a single place -Asia. That was a big mistake. People were still thinking that capital need to be piled up at a single place.

Plain stupid.

Today, finally, capital is doing the right thing: being allocated left and right. The result impulse in the world economy has not yet been grasped Mr. TJ!

Case in point the U.A.E going to Africa to build mobile networks after the carnival of real estate here. They should be putting this capital to better use since 10 years ago.

With Angolan, Sudanese, Argentinean, Mozambican and Nigerian making use of capital the world can be saved.

Now compare those shirtless -listed above- with those here in Dubai trying to leave their Florida or Californian dreams...

The melanin rich are the only salvation because they will work their butt off for a plate of rice eggs and fried bananas. They are the agents of change. They are the ones who matter

The US needs to go the same way: Produce for export. The more the US look like a third world country, the better. But they will resselmbel the agents of change.

Only work can produce wealth. Wayo cannot

In Dubai, the guy who sold his house for GBP100.000 cannot go back because that hosue is now GBP400.000
