I would like to agree with you, however, you are not backing your arguments with falsehoods too. It becomes a matter of who do you believe.

Nadine, good analists make progections based on independant research.

If anything there is the tendency to downplay any bad news.....anyone who was invested in2000 can tell you that.

this is particularly true with fed officials ......you never heard greenspan say "we are up shit creek" did you?......"irrational exuberance "(hardly an appropriate financial term)was as negative as he got .

no broker/banker/public official wants to scare the public to many jobs are at stake...just look at buy sell hold ratings.
