The good news is that Iowans pay no attention to pundits, papers, or the party elite.

Could be. Although, the media had greatly intensified their favorable coverage of Obama and Huckabee over the last couple months. It seems every paper I picked up talked about Opra and Chuck Norris; Huckabee's surge and Obama's vote get out technique.
